It was a short stay, room was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was clean and well equipped.

The room was not ready despite our checking in earlier and giving an ETA arrival. When we got to our room it had clearly not been serviced so we had to wait again. Hotel has huge potential but decor in foyer is a little tired.

Could do allot better

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, efficient at sorting problems ,good choice of food for breakfast

Hotel is looking quite tired ,lots of niggling issues, faulty toilet flush,loose handrails ,no plug for the bath,air con not working so moved to another room which had no kettle, our ground floor room had a great view of people's feet as they waited for the bus ,the pavement level was half way up the window,had to keep the curtains closed throughout the stay, noisy at night,Rooms need to be checked thoughly before guests arrive

Overall a good a hotel, very reasonable for the price

We booked a family room and the rooms were spacious, much bigger than the average family room

We requested a cotbed but the hotel never had the correct mattress to fit the cotbed so we had to improvise on using a duvet as the mattress

20min away from central london by bus or Tube, but offers better price:quality ratio, than hotels in central area. Breakfast included.

Room cleaning service was inconsistent. Last 3 days the bins in the room were not emptied and toilet paper finished! Breakfast has quite limited food selection, so staying more than 2 nights gets a little repetitive and dull.

OK for the price. This was a 4 star hotel maybe 20-30 years ago. It is barely a 3 star hotel today. Breakfast is good.

It is close to the Jubilee station and the Thames link station. Convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancras as well as all the tourist sites. It is close to a supermarket, Iceland (2 minutes walk). There are several coffee shops around. Wait staff was great. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

We didn’t get cold water for 5 days. The manager told us how to adjust the shower water so it’s not scolding hot. The sink water was always hot and we had a hard time using it to brush our teeth. Thought it was an old hotel and that’s the way things were, so we didn’t ask for help (especially since the manager came to help us adjust the shower water and said nothing else). On the last night there, maintenance guy knocked on our door and told us the cold water supply had been broken. He was astonished that the manager didn’t tell us or them. We informed the staff on our way out the next morning but have heard nothing from anyone. The hotel was somewhat of a maze and you can get lost at first. The signs for direction were confusing and some were misleading (e.g. pointed the way to reception toward a dead end wall.)

Great, easy and comfortable

Aysha on the desk was incredible. We had an issue with the room and she was courteous and quickly moved our room. She was still on the desk in the morning and was still very smiley and professional. 5 stars for Aysha. Shower was powerful. Beds very comfortable and lovely pillows.

Bathroom was a little mouldy around the bath. There was no working fan in it so I imagine the steam causes it. However the shower was very powerful and lovely.

Ideal location for Wembley, but premium price!

Breakfast was good, but this was a paid extra and not included, Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for travel to Wembley Stadium, as short walk to Kilburn tube and 4/5 stops or an Uber cost £14.

Room was on the ground floor, but felt like the basement and had very little in the way of natural light. Parking of £20 for 1 night is quite expensive, considering the higher than average cost of the room.

Great Stay in London

The staff was friendly and the location is pretty good.

I didn't like a few things. They're: - Issue in the elevator caused issue in moving bags - There was a data synchronisation error initially between the restaurant staff and the reception which was a little weird.

the room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was also clean and good quality

our check in should have been 2pm, we had to wait in reception for 15 mins, even though we arrived at the hotel at 2.20pm, we had a booked event to get to in Central London and this delay was not welcome. The receptionist wanted me to screen shot my booking and payment confirmation off the Booking.com app and email it to her, this really annoyed me as I was already feeling frustrated at the room not being ready on time, I didn't want to do extra admin. I've never experienced this at a hotel before. There was no kettle in the room for tea and coffee.

Good enough

I really liked the room, the reception and overall the ambience. Also a cheap English Breakfast at the hotel was very nice.

I have mixed feeling with the staff. Our last day there was a really nice girl receptionist but before that the guys working there seemed a bit stressed out and greedy. for a 4 star hotel I was expecting top service. Also it seemed like there was poor coordination and communication between employees for ex. To book the breakfast, we were given a little paper to show next morning because sometimes the night receptionist forgets to give it to the morning one
