Great, easy and comfortable

Aysha on the desk was incredible. We had an issue with the room and she was courteous and quickly moved our room. She was still on the desk in the morning and was still very smiley and professional. 5 stars for Aysha. Shower was powerful. Beds very comfortable and lovely pillows.

Bathroom was a little mouldy around the bath. There was no working fan in it so I imagine the steam causes it. However the shower was very powerful and lovely.

Car park difficult to access. Breakfast Luke warm. Shower not up to date. Inoperable thermostat. Unable to operate room thermostat. No spare pillows or blankets. No drinking water in room. No biscuits with tea and coffee. No safety shower mat. £3.50 for bottle of water for room.

Good

The room was clean and of a good size. The bed was very comfortable with both my partner and I enjoying a decent sleep. The breakfast was a self service buffet offering a full cooked or continental style of foods, my girlfriend was overjoyed with the taste and quality of the mushrooms in particular. The on site car parking was good if a touch expensive at 19.95 for 24 hours.

There was an issue with booking.com and the hotel claiming that I hadn't paid ! My reciept and online banking confirmed that I had. It took the receptionist so.e time to speak with the manager who then confirmed that the booking had been paid for. Quite why my reciept and card transaction weren't believed by the receptionist baffled me !

Very Good

The entrance was very unique, had a feeling of being abroad. The rooms were spacious and easy to get to within the hotel complex.

There was not many charging points in the hotel, there was not any bedside plug charging points which was abit disappointing but did not take away from how the room was presented very well.

Tired Hotel in need of a renovation, had some lovely features but was a bit shabby. Area was iffy!

Handy to shops and bars, etc! reasonable bars and swimming pool

The 3 rooms couldn't be further apart and one was a disabled one (not requested) One room had no views and was well away from the others! Staff on N/s not as helpful as the Day shift!

Parking was great although having to set up app on arrival was a bit stressful!!

No kettle or tea coffee in room. Hotel a bit of a labyrinth - unclear directions on how to get to our room but it gave us a laugh!!

I liked the location it was very central and near various tube and train stations

The shower was not up to date, the toilet was leaking and the shower water did not drain. It is a very old building and not kept very nice for a 4 star spot

Excellent location. Close to public transport.

A bit noisy room because of the noisy street in front of the hotel and the windows that were not fully sealing.

Room was clean.

The parking price was £19.95 per 24 hours. This has doubled since the last time we stayed there. Parking is now run by NCP parking with no discount for hotel guests.

We had a problem with the heating in the initial room allocated The staff acted promptly to move us to another The hotel is well placed for public transport into central London

Room was big enough for 4 and sufficiently equipped (although no refrigerator). Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Well connected but far from main tourist points. Surrounded by shops and eating areas. Outdoor parking (if available as its first come first serve) is right in front of hotel. Fairly priced but not entirely safe especially during the night.

Location not as safe as expected being so close to Hampstead Heath area. Breakfast is definitely not continental as there is little to no variety and not worth the price - (we were also charged full price for a 6 year old) Rooms could do with an uplift, stained carpets and crusted water mixers don't give a good impression.

The location is a very big bonus - closer to shops and rail services - 10 mins in to StPancras

I booked a triple room and was given a double - an oversight maybe but the same thing happened last time . Loo seat unsecured room 46 - again same thing happened with a different room . Roof in stairwell to carpark needs attention . Wear in carpet flooring at lower level

No towels and No soap!

The hotel is well located, with the bus stop in front of it, and the metro about a 15-minute walk away. Also, the hotel is very quaint, with friendly staff, the breakfast was enough for us. The rooms were clean, and spacious.

We had a triple room. And we only had one big towel for the shower. After much insistence at the reception, they brought us another towel. We stayed 3 adults with a towel or 2 towels the whole 5 day stay. We had no soap in the bathroom, no hairdryer. We had to go to reception 2 or 3 times to get someone to bring us what we needed in the room. The AC was very noisy.

Good value hotel, nicely located. With some attention to detail, it could be a jewel.

Really well-situated hotel, with a highly atmospheric old pub restaurant attached. Good value in an expensive market.

The heating in our room did not function. The need to renew wi-fi credentials constantly was annoying. Inadequate provision of towels and coat hangers. People in neighbouring rooms were clearly smoking - and not just tobacco.

The room had mold in the bathroom and in the room next to the window, also there was only one small window so it was always dark inside and the room lights were not enough, only small ones next to bed and table. There was also no toilet brush in the toilet. At the restaurant the staff was never coming to give menus or take orders, we had to wait at least 30min or go up to them ourselves to get the menu.
